Trauma Project Done, Cancer Treatment Next

WE DID IT!! Congratulations and a hearty THANK YOU to all who participated in the fund raising efforts for the Orthopedic and Trauma System Upgrade. With the help of our sponsors and donors, we have actually surpassed our goal of $300,000!! WELL DONE to all! The hospital is now making final equipment selections, which will benefit other departments as well as Trauma and Orthopedic patients. Already in place are a 32-slice CT Scan purchased by the CMH Trustees and a fracture table funded by the Foundation.
Our very sincere thanks also go to the M. J. Murdock Charitable Trust whose grant has allowed us to achieve our goal.

Providing improved cancer treatment in our community to all citizens of the Columbia Coast is the new goal adopted by the Foundation Board. Look for more information soon on this exciting project. We will continue to need your help and support. Again, THANK YOU!
